  • Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Processing

  • Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Expiry: Gift vouchers must be used within the validity period stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for services.

Products Refunds

  • Return Period: If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from Zuri Beauty, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Without proof of purchase, we reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange.

  • Faulty Products: If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. Please notify us immediately if you believe a product is defective. Assessment of fault is at the management's discretion.

Services Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Services: Once a service has been provided (such as a beauty treatment, massage, or other salon service), refunds cannot be issued.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unhappy with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. This is subject to management’s discretion.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or for clients who fail to show up for their appointment, no refund will be given. For prepaid bookings, the full amount will be forfeited.
